Atlanta, Jan. 31, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Boyden, a leading leadership and talent consultancy with more than 70 offices in over 45 countries, is pleased to announce Dr. To welcome Michael Nichols to his partnership in the United States. Effective immediately, Michael is based in Atlanta and is joining Boyden’s global social impact practice serving clients in education, nonprofit, public sector and social enterprise.

A recognized authority on strategic leadership, organizational development and executive search, Nichols brings a 30-year track record of advising leaders, teams and organizations on organizational growth and human capital issues. He ran an executive consulting firm and held senior positions in higher education and consulting. Previously, he was Executive Search Consultant at one of the country’s leading executive search firms; and Chairman and CEO of a consulting firm that provides marketing, organizational development, and strategic planning advice to corporations, colleges, universities, and nonprofit organizations. He has held Chief Officer positions at Southern Wesleyan University, Trinity Baptist College and Bryan College.
Nichols has served in a number of board and association roles throughout his career and is currently the Board Chair of the GreenTree Foundation. In addition, he will draw on his previous managerial experience in real estate management to support real estate specialized clients and colleagues.
Nichols holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in organizational development from Liberty University; an MABS in International Business from Tennessee Temple University; and a bachelor’s degree in education from Crown College.
