Providence Animal Center Pets of the Week for adoption, Feb. 2, 2023

Providence Animal Center, 555 Sandy Bank Road, Media, is offering these pets for adoption this week:

Rose, 4 year old mixed breed dog

Rose is a sweet and petite girl who is patiently waiting for her forever family to walk through the doors of the adoption center at Providence Animal Center. Though originally from a crowded Mississippi animal shelter, this southern beauty is sure to adjust to the cooler climate of her forever home. How can we know, you ask? Because she is a loving cuddle bug. Rose does best with a slow introduction, but her friends at PAC all believe she’s a future professional couch potato companion. If your family is interested in meeting all 36 pound cuties, be sure to stop by the Providence Animal Center soon. No appointment necessary. Rose is the package deal: up to date on vaccines, spayed and microchipped. Can’t adopt but are interested in helping a pet like her? Join the care team at Providence Animal Center and give some shelter time to a pet in need. Apply online: ProvidenceAC.org/Foster.

Benson Applebottom

Benson Applebottom, 5 year old domestic shorthair male

Benson Applebottom is a sweet and shy adult cat who patiently awaits his purring partner at the Providence Animal Center in Media. He loves gentle attention, like chin scratches and head pats, but prefers to take things slow with new people. This wallflower can usually be found in his comfy closed bed or slowly blinking at his friends at PAC. He will benefit from a quiet, tranquil home where we will feel most secure. If you’re interested in giving him a home where he can thrive, be sure to stop by the Providence Animal Center to meet him soon. Someone loves him so much they sponsored his adoption. This means his adoption fee will be waived to the right home. Benson Applebottom is the package deal: spayed, microchipped, litter box trained and up to date on his vaccinations. Can’t adopt but are interested in supporting pets like Benson? Make a donation from their wish list, which you can view at ProvidenceAC.org/Wishlist.
