Law and Order: Driver from Buffalo accused of fleeing from police

Benjamin John Russo, 41, of Rosemary Avenue, Buffalo, is accused of obstructing government administration, speeding and disobeying a police officer. Russo is charged with failing to dodge the emergency lights of a patrol vehicle at 8:53 p.m. on January 10 on the Bloomingdale Road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation and then, when he stopped, fleeing the vehicle. After his arrest, he was taken to the Genesee County Jail for processing and then released on an admission ticket.
Antonio Elmer Sosa Martinez, 33, of West Academy Street, Albion, is charged with DWI, unsafe lane departure, consumption of alcohol or cannabis in a motor vehicle on a freeway and driver without a license. Sosa-Martinez reportedly crashed his work van on Warsaw Road, Le Roy at 8:14 p.m. on January 7. After an investigation by Deputy Mason Schultz and Deputy Jacob Kipler, Sosa-Martinez was taken into custody. He was taken to the Genesee County Jail for investigation and released.
John James Gronowski, 45, of Cayuga Circle Road, Cheektowaga, is charged with trespassing 3. Gronowski was reportedly at Batavia Downs, having previously been told he would not be allowed on the property. He was issued an admission ticket and released.
David Charles Pfenninger Jr., 44, of Fargo Road, Corfu, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of 0.18 or higher and moving unsafely out of lane. Pfenninger was reportedly found in his vehicle in a ditch on Route 77, Pembroke, by Deputy James Stack at 1:10 a.m. on January 13. He was released on an admission ticket.
Jordan Roger Difilippo, 29, of Pratt Road, Pembroke, is charged with sex offender who failed to report change of address/status. Difilippo was arrested on January 12 for allegedly failing to provide an email address to the parole board. He was released on an admission ticket.
Paul Crawford, 54, of Old Meadow Lane, Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a 7. controlled substance and driving with a suspended registration. Crawford was arrested on January 12 after being located in Old Meadow Lane at 9:02 p.m. He was released on an admission ticket.
Timothy Ting Hsia, 33, of Sinclair Street, Mckeesport, Pa., is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of 0.08 or higher, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, unlicensed driver and failure to use four-way turn signals. Hsia was pulled over by Deputy Ayrton Blankenship at 6:05am on January 14 in Genesee Street, Pembroke.
Matthew J. Zon, 41, of South Byron, is charged with criminal contempt 1st. Zon was arrested by state police on January 12 in connection with an incident reported at 3:09 p.m. on October 15 in the city of Byron. According to the law cited, Zon has reportedly already been convicted of contempt. He was released at his own request.
Kim M. Sobczak, 60, from Batavia, is charged with petty theft. Sobczak was arrested by state police in connection with an incident reported at 1 p.m. on January 11 in the city of Batavia. She was released on a performance ticket. No further information released.
