Tester, Daines, Zinke, Rosendale Restart Montana Coffee

The bipartisan weekly event offers Montanans the opportunity to meet directly with their congressional delegation
Today, US Senators Jon Tester and Steve Daines, along with Congressmen Ryan Zinke and Matt Rosendale, announced that Montana’s congressional delegation will restart Montana Coffee on March 1stSt. The bipartisan weekly meeting offers Montanans visiting Washington DC the opportunity to meet face-to-face with their representatives over coffee.
“Hearing directly from Montanans is the most important part of my job and the best way to ensure we are delivering results for them.” said Tester, who has hosted Montana Coffee since 2007. “I’m glad we’re resuming our weekly bipartisan meetings where Montanans visiting Washington can share feedback and ideas over coffee. This is a longstanding tradition and I look forward to working with our delegation again to make us even better serves our bosses—the people of Montana.”
“Meeting Montanans is always the best part of my day – I’m excited to finally resume Montana Coffee and welcoming Montanans to our nation’s capital.” said Daines. “Congress is here to serve, not to be served, and as a Montana Senator, I believe it is best to hear directly from Montanan about the issues facing them and their families. I look forward to meeting you over a cup of coffee; Washington, DC could always use more Montanans!”
“I am pleased to resume this tradition with Senators Daines and Tester and welcome Congressman Rosendale to Montana Coffee. Our delegation has a long tradition of meeting weekly with neighbors from Eureka to Alzada and everywhere in between, regardless of party,” said tine. “Our job is to do what’s right for the people of Montana, and that means knowing where they stand. My time in the military has taught me that I rarely get the best information from the bureaucracy at HQ, so every day I look forward to learning from the Montanans on the front lines.”
“Montaners deserve representation in Washington that listens and addresses their concerns, questions and ideas.” said Rosendale. “I am proud to join the Montana delegation in hosting regular coffee meetings with constituents to engage in productive conversations and learn how we can better serve you and your families.”
The Montana delegation will host Montana Coffee every Wednesday when the convention is in session. Montanans interested in participating can respond by calling the tester’s office at (202) 224-2644 or emailing [email protected]
