Authorities connected Suarez to the materials and found he had communicated with a 13-year-old boy out of state — directing the teen to post pictures and/or video of himself engaging in sexual activity with a 4-year-old girl, the prosecutor said to provide.
A search of Suarez’s home revealed more than 1,000 files containing child sexual abuse material.
Suarez has previously been accused of endangering a child’s welfare/promoting child sexual abuse material, endangering a child’s welfare/distributing child sexual abuse material and endangering a child’s welfare/possessing child sexual abuse material.
