Authorities connected Suarez to the materials and found he had communicated with a 13-year-old boy out of state — directing the teen to post pictures and/or video of himself engaging in sexual activity with a 4-year-old girl, the prosecutor said to provide.

A search of Suarez’s home revealed more than 1,000 files containing child sexual abuse material.

Suarez has previously been accused of endangering a child’s welfare/promoting child sexual abuse material, endangering a child’s welfare/distributing child sexual abuse material and endangering a child’s welfare/possessing child sexual abuse material.

NJ Arrests 31 Accused Child Abusers in ‘Operation 24/7’

A raid by 31 men was accused of sexually exploiting children online, Attorney General Gurbir Grewal announced on July 14 as he detailed “Operation 24/7”.

The suspects “possessed and/or distributed videos and images of child sexual abuse, including in many cases videos of young children being raped by adults,” Grewal said.

Chat apps and gaming platforms remain popular hunting grounds for child predators, and even after the pandemic has passed, many children continue to spend more time online.

State Police received 39% more tips in the first 6 months of 2021 alone than in all of 2019. The following suspects have been charged as part of “Operation 24/7”.
