(HARTFORD, CT) — As the state of Connecticut continues to take action in response to the global spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), Governor Ned Lamont provided the following updates on Thursday, February 2, 2023 as of 3:00 p.m known:

Data updates on landmark cases in Connecticut
The Connecticut Department of Public Health reports that as of January 4, 2023, a total of 319,218 cases of COVID-19 have been identified among fully vaccinated people in Connecticut. These cases account for 10.43% of the nearly 2.8 million people in the state who are fully vaccinated.

Anyone located out of state or who needs a toll-free number can connect to Connecticut 2-1-1 by dialing 1-800-203-1234. This is for people who don’t have symptoms but may have general questions about COVID-19. Anyone experiencing symptoms is urged to contact their doctor.
