Fundamental Income Surpasses $1 Billion in Assets | News

Fundamental Income Properties (“Fundamental Income” or the “Company”), a Phoenix-based Net Lease real estate company, announced today that it has completed more than $1 billion in real estate acquisitions since its inception. The company was founded in April 2020 with an initial equity commitment from Brookfield Asset Management (NYSE: BAM), a global wealth manager with approximately $750 billion in assets under management.

Fundamental Income targets sale-leaseback transactions ranging from $5 million to $500 million in all 50 states with companies involved in industries including industrial, manufacturing, distribution, food, consumer, retail and healthcare. Since its inception, Fundamental Income has acquired more than 240 properties spanning more than 6 million square feet of single-tenant properties in 35 verticals throughout the United States and Canada. In addition to sale-leaseback transactions, the Company has also provided capital for forward take-outs, build-to-suit construction and third-party lease buyouts.
